Good day I would like to share my experience with DSTV Internet department. I received my router almost two weeks ago but it only functioned to 2 days and it started giving me problems. Each night it would lock itself which it still does that. I called to find out what the problem may be and they told me that the addresses do not correspond. We fixed it but still it is giving problems, each day I must call them to unlock it and update the address but nothing has been happen. I requested it because I have a part time hustle which I use the internet for during the night and also to Google homework. I have sent emails to the company with no assistance, spent money to buy airtime to report this matter everyday but without no good outcome. Today I call in 3 times, in the morning the lady I spoke to said that on her side it shows that the matter with the case number I gave her has been resolved and she updated my address. I come home and the router was blocked and I had to buy airtime to call again and was transferred to the wrong department. I had to call again while I was getting assistance I told the agent that my minutes are about to be depleted and she said that the manager would call me until now that person has not called. When I ask them to cancel my router the said I must pay for the remaining months of 11 months. I have all the sms and calls to provide and prove that I tried to resolve this issue with no luck so we rather take each other to court. I am so disappointed with the company. I have never expected such bad service. I recommend so many people to try it out but as for me I am not pleased. If I was around Randburg I would drop it off myself
Good day My car got damaged on the N4 road from Machadodorp to Belfast where the company is busy with construction . The windscreen got hit by a stone which is there duty to remove the stone that get pulled from the sides by trucks and cars. I reported and the response that i receive was just way to hush even the agent i spoke to was very rude. WBHO
The school is get bull**** , no assistance, from emails to phone calls. Telephone lines not working and if you find someone to assist they want extra money. I want my refund NOW NOW .

Good day I am a first time buyer and I don't know much about cars, I happy that they assisted me at Imperial Select Northcliff but I very very disappointed first my cat did not have a car boot cover and it was a struggle to get one and final when one wants to move to the next there is always something wrong that will take you back, Today I went to renew the disk for the car and at the license department they told me that the car is not roadworthy and I asked myself who should have done that and also they did not bother to inform me that I should do it. They told me that my car had a smach and grap and it did not have it and also there I had to fight because my insurance needed proof for it. They told me that my car had a tracking device and not that I had a tracking contract and the device was not yet installed. I AM GATVOL NEVER AGAIN AND I WOULD NOT EVEN RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
