I LOUIS A NEL HAS HAF INTERNET WITH MORCLICK SINCE 202 INCOMOLAINED INNTHE PAST THAT THEYBARE INCOMPETANT AND THEIR SENIOR PERSON ONNCOCIAL. MEDIA CALLED ME AND SAID HE WAS SORRY FOR THE EXPERIENCE I HAD ANF THAT HE WILL INVESTIGATE THE MATTER BETWEEN MYSELF AND NICOLEEN BILLINGS WHOM IS DOING THEIR ACCOUNTING AS HE STATED .BE NEVER CAME BACK TO ME AND I JUST GOT AN MAIL THAT THEY ARR KISTING NE AS A SLOW PAYER STAY AWAY FROM MORCLICKS AND ALL ITS AFFILIATES AS THEY HAVE NONSENCE OF SERVICE DELIVERY NOR CAN YOU TRUST THEIR PROMISES
No service then I send a mail to Nicoleen Billingsthe only e mail I had for Morclicks I stopped my payment due to no service delivery and Dolores Grobler then got into the mails and told me bluntly that I must be stupid as mails was send to me to inform me only.whats app is now being used to respond She did not even read my complaint against Nicoleen Billings nor my for sure not going.to.pay them for services not rendered It is obvious that Morclick need to investigate the ****py service delivery and total lies from their staff But then again what did I expect after 3 years of not complaining they started with threats Let's go to court Louis Nel

After fighting with FNB premier for the last 3 odd years I am.fed up. I have send them mails ( 100s) without resolution or response at times. If i complain I am told that I will be comtacted within 48 hours which becomes 5 to 10 days. They never have an answer and always blame someone else for incompetancies. They do as they like and set their own rules most of the time. They.make as if you whom.pay them.is to blame and all this is at a cost to me or you as a client. I.must add that the fraud department goes out of their way at times to.assistbut then again the bad overwelms the good every time
