It is now 6weeks and 4 days since I FIRST contacted CellC about my faulty phone. (8th July 2022). The phone was EVENTUALLY collected on the 28th July and I was sent a Ref no on the 1st August. Since then.....nothing. I posted a review on this site last week and once again received ANOTHER ref no. Still NOTHING!! Do you have no shame in this utterly appalling service? I have been a CellC customer for over 20 years. I WANT MY PHONE BACK IN WORKING ORDER PLEASE!!!
I posted a review on the 11th July about the utterly lousy service I have received from CellC regarding a faulty phone 10 months into my contract, The review elicited a response from a "Socail Media Consultant " with promises that my phone will be collected as I do not live near a Cell C centre. After ANOTHER 2 weeks of emails,and phone calls my phone was EVENTUALLY collected on the 28th july. I received a repair ref no (CCD446690) and since then NOTHING! Emails and calls regarding this merely elicits ANOTHER ref no. The whole Call Centre System is a rabbit hole. Every call elicits the SAME response - "CANT HELP YOU WITH A REPAIR QUERY. WILL TRANSER YOU TO REPAIR CENTRE". After the call is transferred there is nothing but dead air. I WANT MY PHONE BACK IN WORKING ORDER PLEASE.
Their Customer Care is a bad joke. Try getting to speak to someone re a faulty phone still under guarantee..... good luck with that. 7 calls, one email and one callback from them and I am still no closer to getting ANY resolution. There little robotnvoice offers NO CHOICE to get through to their technical department. Do they even HAVE such a thing as a technical department?? 😡😡😡
Ordered a wifi extender from them on the 3rd January paid for by eft (amount of R322) reflected on my bank account on the 3rd Jan. No delivery. Various emails have solicited no reponse contacat number stays engaded and since the 22nd January the website is down.
