I purchased 3 racquets from VA Padel Clib on 22/12. Delivery was made on 7th!!! The goods were delivered incorrectly with one racquet being returned. Driver was suppose to collect on Wednesday but only came late Thursday afternoon. Despite having shared a signed copy of the collection slip, no response or other communication has been received from VA Padel club. VA Contact Center has no idea on how to contact them telephonically or who they are …. I was told they’re a separate company yet they carry the VA LOGO???? Why? Their customer service is appalling to say the least and inconsiderate!!! I will never again purchase anything from VA Padel club!!! Please be aware.

Nike South Africa has the worst service in the world!!! I have dealt with a few stores with Fourways Mall being the worst of them all. Their arrogance and lack of assistance or knowledge is beyond me. Ask them any question brand related and their answer is ‘I don’t know’ call our Melrose Office. One dials the SA number and transfers overseas. No local contact whatsoever but they are quick to direct to the online store for a buck or two. Who knows what service you’ll get there but I’m not willing to take a chance. Am seriously reconsidering my preferred brand choice for running. So frustrated and disappointed with their staff. No customer value.
I am totally disappointed and appalled at the service provided by Apple. To cut a long story short, I have an issue with my left AirPod. Was told to make a booking which I did (out if my way) only to be told that because the AirPods are almost 2 years old and it is a sealed unit they cannot asses it . I was told that they will only quote me in a replacement unit which is basically the same as buying a new one. Be very careful when purchasing Apple products . Have to take the thousands of stands they cost from customer but don’t think you have any technical support should you require it. This is totally unacceptable!!!! The AirPods didn’t last me long at all - 18 months of usage! Not worth the money! Think again before you touch another Apple product.
I would like to share my recent experience with Luciano Tutors. I paid them R1200.00 for an Online Course on 14.01.2019 and to date have received no confirmation of receipt or any other sort of correspondence in relation to the various follow email and whatsapp messages sent. I urge all Students to stay away from this institution as they are a big scam, fraudulent and totally unreliable. Be aware - pay them nothing or you too will fall short as I have ....
