Happened to be listening last week when the one dj in the morning openly makes a racist comment about how he isnt supporting spur and clicks and how there isnt a all black business for him to support. I dont understand how you still have such a racist mentality and doing it on the air. This is very unprofessional and i wouldn't be surprised if no hard action has been taken against this person. If a business gives you quality service by all meams support them but judging a business based on skin is shallow.
I made a order on the uber eats app to kfc sunnyside when i saw there was a special on the crush box meal (2 tacos, 1 pc chicken, fries and a sode) buy 2 meals for R100. Me and my colleagues decide to club together and get 2 of these specials since we are 4 people. The uber driver only recieved 1 special and i said ill call them to arrange the other special. I called them more then 12 times and tbey just kept on hanging up the phone. The manager answered once and said "eish we are working hard, call back in 5 mintues". This was at 12:30 and i waited till 12:45 and they continued to ignore the phone. This is a perfect example of how a lazy franchise operates and im willing to bet no strict action will be taken.
This business makes empty promises, you get told things will be done like this only to end in the opposite and loosing your deposit due to lack of "proof" and discrepancies. Be very carefull doing business with them.
Bought a brand new Haval H1 from Haval Hatfield in the winter and the aircon making noise, took it in and told they know about the problem and got authorization to order parts in August, emailed in november asking feedback and promised parts will be here in desember. Now ive been told there problem is not working and will have another solution middle february. If i wanted second hand problems i would have bought a second hand car, this is a brand new car out of the box.
