I would like an explanation on why COMAIR has debited my account without any prior authorization on the 10th of October. My husband and I came back to Johannesburg from Durban on the 7th of October. Our flight was with Kulula. I didn't give anyone from COMAIR or KULULA any approval to further debit my bank account, our Flights were paid in full etc. Nobody spoke to me regarding any further charges. Please provide an explanation for this, this is theft! Also make you pay extra for Priority boarding only for your luggage to come through last. These people are robbing people of their money. When you pay for Priority boarding this means that you need to get your stuff first. I am so disgusted that such a well-known Organisation has such despicable values and I want answers as to who gave permission to debit my account without any consent!
I went to Vodacom World on the 9th of June to do an Upgrade on one of my contracts that has been due for some time now. I spoke to Edna one of the consultants and told her that I am interested in an Apple Packaged deal that they advertise in their catalog. We went through the whole process of which device and watch I wanted to upgrade to and she wanted to log the deal on their system. She then told me that the deal is not captured onto the system. After spending 3 hours at that store just to be told that they are unable to assist because of the deal that is not loaded onto the system? Why are you advertising these deals if they don't exist? I was told that they would book the two items out for me so long and have everything sorted by Monday after which they would deliver for me. Well I have just been given the runaround by this store which is absolutely unacceptable. I still don't have answers, and I have to phone to follow up on the progress. Is this how you do business Vodacom? I am now thinking of taking my money to a service provider that is professional. I have been a Premium Customer for close to 12 years, I will not tolerate this unprofessional-ism any further.
