I have been with them now for about 7 or 8 months and it is always the same story we are working on our systems. I got a 8 MB/s uncapped package with them But my download speed on an regular basis is about 4 MB/s and today its down to 1 MB/s. You email them and phone them and every time they come up with stories never fixing the issues. If you do online gaming like CSGO you all know that your ping must be as low as possible. If you stream Netflix if lagges with Tower3. so my advise don't wast your time with them nor your money. I am getting tiered of logging complaints and phoning them just so that they can say we are working on it but nothing ever get done
Service sucks, got LTE internet from them was good in the beginning till you upgrade. Now it is 2,5 mb/s download speed and then it is intermittent as the best of times. Reported it and all you get is " We are looking into it" is that the why you treat your customers? When you phone customer service and try to select Afrikaans language it cuts you off with "SYSTEM ERROR" nice what bull**** is this. I would not recommend Cell C for anything. They are not even trying to keep their clients happy.
