Tower3 aka Rogue Telecom: I have been a client for over 3 years. Invoices are issued earlier and earlier each month. There are multiple bank accounts specified for payments. The company cannot be reached via their published landline. Accounts cannot be reached directly, nor can technical support. Months later I am still waiting for the PR representative, Shandre van der Westhuizen to return my multiple calls and callback requests. I pay every month on time - earlier than the specified date. The accounts department does not reconcile their payments received to the clients' account. I have made a payment in Sept using a previous reference. Accounts dept is unable to see the payment and identify that the client has paid using a previous reference. Without notifiying the client that they are missing a payment many months down the line, they suddendly cut a client off unannounced. No apologies. Only Johan Botha saying "It's not our job to reconcile payments received to clients accounts". Afraid I'm unsure of whose responsibility it is other than yours? They charge double the price for less than half the service. Since my initial review, they have also elected to no longer issue me with monthly invoices. I have paid my monthly service fee and requested that Shandre issue me with an invoice with a zero balance. She has also chosen not to respond to my messages nor provide me with the requested invoice.

This company promises you the best service and speed and after u pay instelation and monthly fee u dont get any internet or service that they promised. Ive been paying for months and wifi is still off and proof of all messagesand emails, contractand WhatsApp messages along with voicenotes, now the owner states that the other satelite on another site has technical problems and if i want wifi i need to pay the new satilite to get connection or they will cancel me.. im emailing WhatsApp calling but no reply, i told them i want a total refund on my fees and installation as i signed a 12month contract where they did a line test and promised excellent service and what they want to do know is breach of contract. Im seeing my laywer on Monday to take this matter further.

Ive been paying for months and wifi is still off and proof of all messagesand emails, contractand WhatsApp messages along with voicenotes, now the owner states that the other satelite on another site has technical problems and if i want wifi i need to pay the new satilite to get connection or they will cancel me.. im emailing WhatsApp calling but no reply, i told them i want a total refund on my fees and installation as i signed a 12month contract where they did a line test and promised excellent service and what they want to do know is breach of contract. Im seeing my laywer on Monday to take this matter further.

Bad internet guaranteed. I have been with the provider for about 6 months now and the speed and stability is just poor. When working over the WiFi everything takes forever to render and process. When doing a ping test the results are very intermittent and makes gaming online impossible. I have reported these stability issues several times but either there's no response from the provider or the story goes no it can't be correct because everything is fine on their side. This is unacceptable and very annoying.

Bad internet guaranteed. I have been with the provider for about 6 months now and the speed and stability is just poor. When working over the WiFi everything takes forever to render and process. When doing a ping test the results are very intermittent and makes gaming online impossible. I have reported these stability issues several times but either there's no response from the provider or the story goes no it can't be correct because everything is fine on their side. This is unacceptable and very annoying.

I have been with them now for about 7 or 8 months and it is always the same story we are working on our systems. I got a 8 MB/s uncapped package with them But my download speed on an regular basis is about 4 MB/s and today its down to 1 MB/s. You email them and phone them and every time they come up with stories never fixing the issues. If you do online gaming like CSGO you all know that your ping must be as low as possible. If you stream Netflix if lagges with Tower3. so my advise don't wast your time with them nor your money. I am getting tiered of logging complaints and phoning them just so that they can say we are working on it but nothing ever get done
