Rain Worse Internet provider EVER!!!
Rain Internet is the worse internet provided ever with the most pathetic customer service, I've been trying to get their attention for 3 weeks now by sending 100's of emails, messengers on Facebook, calling the Centre , and 3 weeks later I still haven't receive any response or help from them due to my problem that i have coverage (internet connection), i will have connection for 2 minutes and than it will disconnecting for 2hours !!! I did not have this problem when i got the sim card and than suddenly 3 weeks ago there is no signal and disconnecting non stop. the worse part is they don't care to assist in any matter as long as they receive their monthly money they don't care about their customers but when i tested them saying i wanted to upgrade they phoned me the same day to get upgraded and more money out off me. I strongly not suggesting to use Rain service as you will waste your time and Money!!!!!

Bad Service!!!
This company promises you the best service and speed and after u pay instelation and monthly fee u dont get any internet or service that they promised. Ive been paying for months and wifi is still off and proof of all messagesand emails, contractand WhatsApp messages along with voicenotes, now the owner states that the other satelite on another site has technical problems and if i want wifi i need to pay the new satilite to get connection or they will cancel me.. im emailing WhatsApp calling but no reply, i told them i want a total refund on my fees and installation as i signed a 12month contract where they did a line test and promised excellent service and what they want to do know is breach of contract. Im seeing my laywer on Monday to take this matter further.
