Ordered a printer The wrong one was delivered And now they are not interested in my problem Absolutely disgusted by the service from them WhatsApp, email, phone calls but zero follow up
Why not zero stars cause that is what I would give this company's technical department. We are STILL waiting for the two sensors that were ordered at the end of JANUARY!!!! On Thursday, 29th February they arrived with two sensors and they were the wrong ones. Now we have to wait for the correct ones to arrive. Another month??????
I am still waiting for my sensors to be replaced They still have our 50% deposit and we don't hear from them! How long does it take for stock to arrive???!!! There must be an easier way of replacing sensors than waiting for the useless ADT technical department!!!!
For security they are fine, but their technical department gets a big fat ZERO!
On Monday our house was struck by lightning. On Tuesday morning ADT called and gave us a quote to repair our system. We accepted the quote and paid 50% deposit. Once again they have our money and we haven't heard from them. On Friday I called and my call was 'being transferred to Brits' It landed up in Rustenberg. I was told that they would contact Brits and get them to call me ...... I'm still waiting!! This morning I called again. Phones not working. I eventually spoke to an agent who said he would send me number - the same number I had been trying without success. He then said he had sent an email through and I would be contacted Again I am still waiting......... So another night without some alarms not operating!!!! ADT your tech department sucks!!!!
Over a month ago, we had a burglary and contacted ADT and ordered additional beams. We paid the 50% deposit. Then we had the usual - no stock! Then stock arrived and they arrived for the installation. No, they brought the more expensive stock, which we refused. Said they would come back the next day. We are still waiting! Last Monday, 3rd, I phoned and was told I would be contacted! Still waiting - no call, so installation and if anything happens they won't take any responsibility!!

On 1st December I ordered 3 items for delivery. Two items were Christmas gifts. A blow up paddle pool was delivered with a couple of days. The high chair has still not arrived!! Today is the 27th December!! This after numerous calls to Makro and promises of delivery before Christmas. I had excellent service before this. I thought by ordering over 3 weeks in advance would ensure delivery for Christmas. Oh how wrong can you be!! To Makro and their courier - a B I G THUMBS DOWN to you!!!

Stephan de Beer from Supreme Drywalling has installed a kitchen in a guest cottage for us. He arrived when promised and we received a quote very quickly. Once we were happy the order was made and within two weeks, the cupboards were made and Stephan, with his professional helpers, Johan, Norman and Sam had the kitchen installed. What a stunning job they did. I would recommend them most highly!!! Wonderful job, wonderful people and the price was right. This was a small job for them but their approach was fantastic - this is one happy customer!!!!!
