Package was delivered today , 22 April 2026 from DPA South Africa I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the way clothing items are packaged for delivery. My recent order arrived in a box with no protective wrapping such as plastic or tissue paper. The garments were placed directly inside the box, which is unacceptable. Please see the attached photos showing how the items were packaged upon delivery This lack of proper packaging exposes clothing to potential damage, dirt, and an overall poor presentation. As a customer, I expect a basic level of care when it comes to handling and packaging items, especially clothing. The current approach reflects poorly on your quality standards and overall customer experience. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue and ensure that future orders are packaged with appropriate protection. At the very least, items should be wrapped in tissue or another protective layer before being placed in the box. I look forward to your response and to seeing improvements in your packaging practices.

All I want is my refund back, Sweepsouth took my money, did not send a lady to clean. And I have been waiting for more than a month for my refund. They dont phone back, they just send automated emails. Some one phone me!!!
