I'm actually shocked to see all these excellent reviews regarding mzansi motorpoint group. I live in Kzn and while in facebook I fell upon an ad of affordable vehicles and also offering finance to people who have bad credit and to those who are under debt administration. I completed a contact form and was contacted via watsapp by a salesman named Shane. He sent me info and finance structure on the vehicle in question . I was just preparing my documents to send through for the application when I decided to check this place out a little more. I googled the street location and called a few neighbouring businesses that to my surprise have never heard of them. Some businesses were listed on the map as right next door or across the road but knew nothing of them. I called Shane and asked him to please send me a video of the vehicle and he sent me a vid of a similar veh but not the small one I wanted to purchase. I asked him if I could video call him to see his offices and the dealership and he just deleted all messages and blocked me after I asked him if this was a ****.
In the very beginning I had doubts about Rentoza. I was assisted by consultants that ignored my messages and calls and didn't give me the time of day. But it's been six months into my agreement and I now have the best consultant ever who answers my calls and messages at any time of day or night. So friendly and efficient and always gets back to me . So Rentoza you need to employ more people like Mlungisi and maybe your business will be more successful. MLUNGISI you rock !!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Purchased two pairs of Nike Sneakers on the 5th January 2021 from online Instagram store. Paid via eft an amount of R2850. They promised to deliver in 3 days. They delivered 1 pair on the 8th which was fake shoes, very bad quality too i might add. I have messaged tried calling but till this day the only message i ever received was that they were looking into the problem. These are ethiopians who are scamming children on Instagram who are naive when it comes to online shopping. Its been two months now and nothing has come from my constant messaging and dm's.but you can clearly see they are active and still advertising and selling.I reported the page for scams but even that does not help. What does Instagramd do about people like this. After reporting i have also not gotten any feedback from them but they are clearly allowing the business to continue operating. If anyone has advice as to how this matter can be resolved please advise. Please note that their page says no refunds.you can see why clearly as the stock they sell is fake.Totally disgusted in people today, social media has clearly become a platform for theft and scamms.
I opened a new bank account at Nedbank in December 2018 when I lost my job and joined a debt review company to handle my accounts responsibly. I was also expecting my uif monies to be deposited into this account. While at labor department yesterday they advised me that the funds were deposited into my account on the 24th of January. I then rushed to the bank to verify this as I had not received any Incontact message and yet I had given all the correct details. On arrival at the bank I went to an atm and checked my balance. The amount on the deposit slip shows an amount of R4924. 99. This shocked me as I've been waiting months for the fund to pay out and they said it would be an amount of R14 539.52 due to the delay of payouts. I then got a 1 month statement to see what was going on. Shocked to see that an amount of R8737. 51 had been debited from my account. More shocked as I had never given these details to anyone yet except the fund. I went into the bank. They said they were unable to assist me but I could use a self service telepho e in the bank. I was transferred from one department to another with no assistance. They did manage to tell me that the nedbank legal department is responsible for the debit and I should contact them. This was for a outstanding personal loan from 2007. I have been managing my credit responsibly for years now and to my knowledge that particular debt was prescribed. I last had it listed for payment with lifeline debt solutions in 2008 and that was the last time I heard anything with regards to that debt. I've had new accounts since then with no problems. When I now became unemployed and registered for debt review there was no trace of this outstanding debt on my XDS report. I am still unable to get through to nedbank legal to resolve this. This is money grabbing and it is illegal. I need my money back...
