I PURCHASED A 55" PANASONIC TV FROM EBUCKS. WHEN I RECEIVED THE TV I CHECKED THE SCREEN AND IT LOOKED FINE. WHEN I SWITCHED THE TV ON THEN I FOUND THAT THERE WAS A FAULT IN THE SCREEN. I SENT THE TV TO PANASONIC AND THEY REFUSED TO HONOUR A CLAIM. THEY SAY THAT THE SCREEN IS CRACKED AND DOES NOT FALL UNDER WARRANTY.
I have a new prepaid sim card from MTN. I am attempting to speak to a consultant so that I can request an unrestricted APN. I have dialed 135 on numerous occasions and THERE IS NO OPTION TO SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT.
