Pathetic Services
Tracker is Useless I have been trying to get hold of them over the last 2 weeks and every time I have to hold on for over an hour without talking to anyone, I am currently on hold for over an hour. While holding I tried to contact an agent on their website and still haven't spoken to anyone. This is ridiculous I mean really.... the service you offer your clients are pathetic

Matter of Life or Death they don't care Im getting News papers and Carta Blanch involved
Worst medical aid they don't care about their clients my fiance' needs to be treated ASAP and they just care about money. Its life threatening and all they can say we will investigate and it will take a week. I'm going to all the News papers I can get my hands on and going to Carta Blanch Social Media everywhere you are USELESS AND PATHETIC

RODEL IS THE WORST INSURANCE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
Very Disappointed in Rodel been waiting almost 3 months for my car. My car has been ready since Friday but I cant get my car because Rodel needs to pay the panel beaters. Thinking a rental will make everything better. Rodel Sucks cant wait to move insurance . Very Unprofessional
