Poor service from this Company, smartswitch.co.za (SmartSwitch). They bill me monthly for slow internet most of the time under 1mb speed. They do not send someone to check the wifi speed. Or to even check that the router gets updated. Poor customer service and responses are very weak and do not explain the problem. This month they decided to bill me an R100 more of which I do not know why. And no response when you ask about it. Do not do business with them at all.
Hi, I have registered a domain through this company Gotel, so I request them to please unlock the domain to be transferred or so that my hosting company can migrate the domain. Since the beginning of January 2019, I did not receive any feedback from this company via calls or emails. Bad service would not recommend this at all.
Bad customer service. Send me faulty products and delay me for almost 2 months. Delays Delays. Poor customer service.
