What a disappointment !!! Where to start.... Hmmm..... So on Black Friday 2018 These guys had a deal that said, some of their line of products would be marked down100% . As I was Laptop hunting online, prior to black Friday, I thought I would give it a try .... Woke up at 00:00 (blackfriday morning)to see what I could get... Fortunately for me there was a MSI gaming headset up for grabs!!!! Yay right??? So I put the MSI headset and a laptop in my basket. Checked out... Then on the 27th I got an email saying that both the laptop and the MSI Headset I ordered was discontinued.... As any reasonable person would be, i was totally disgusted... Look They refunded me, that was not a problem. But it was plain and simple the principle that mattered to me. Why put something on sale if you don't have it in stock, or if you have not checked ifyour supplier has stock... So I called Buls### on this!!!! I did a little bit of home work... Remember that laptop that I ordered ...? Turns out it was not discontinued... I ordered it directly from Acer... I did not bother checking for the headset, because I knew what I going to find. I would Never recommend The Men's Den to anybody... Also, guys get your freaking Phone fixed!!!! P.S. I am typing up this review on the laptop, that was supposedly discontinued... Shame on you!!!

I purchased a kids tracking watch on the 29th of November 2017 as a Christmas gift, after using the watch for 3 days (set up and so on) I found that the watch is faulty... turns off automatically after 5 seconds... contacted the mens den as was told ro return the watch and it would be replaced, courier collected the watch and delivered it back to them on the 1st February... today is the.15th and no replacement has been sent, no response from Bradley Reed when I ask when I am getting my replacement as promised, no response when asking for a refund, now I get ignored. I called the office this morning asking for a manager and was told absolutely no one is available to take my call... so I guess I was robbed, paid for a faulty thing sent it back and now I'm being ignored. Pathetic
