I purchased a kids tracking watch on the 29th of November 2017 as a Christmas gift, after using the watch for 3 days (set up and so on) I found that the watch is faulty... turns off automatically after 5 seconds... contacted the mens den as was told ro return the watch and it would be replaced, courier collected the watch and delivered it back to them on the 1st February... today is the.15th and no replacement has been sent, no response from Bradley Reed when I ask when I am getting my replacement as promised, no response when asking for a refund, now I get ignored. I called the office this morning asking for a manager and was told absolutely no one is available to take my call... so I guess I was robbed, paid for a faulty thing sent it back and now I'm being ignored. Pathetic
So food lovers market Montana has re labelled an expiry date that clearly indicates 22 November with a perfectly restuck label to the 25th November... this is fraud... one could get food poisoning
So I have sent a parcel via Aramex within SA on the 25th October 2017 today the 2nd November the parcel has still not been delivered. Customer care keeps saying they will call you back yet nothing, there's clearly no care on their part. Since the 26th October the online tracking hasnt been updated either. Pathetic service...I use Aramex so often and now I will never again
