We need help from this ISP. We have been disconnected since morning and they are saying they can’t help us. We pay every month but they don’t provide any service. When we want to cancel they tell us about contracts. They are robbing us in daylight.

You are so pathetic with your service. You are quick to cut your line if you did not pay but not so quick to fix your problem, I am struggling for over 3 months with my wifi and all you have to say is, we will fix it. NO! You dont fix nothing!

Poor service from this Company, smartswitch.co.za (SmartSwitch). They bill me monthly for slow internet most of the time under 1mb speed. They do not send someone to check the wifi speed. Or to even check that the router gets updated. Poor customer service and responses are very weak and do not explain the problem. This month they decided to bill me an R100 more of which I do not know why. And no response when you ask about it. Do not do business with them at all.
