I wish I can give this 0 star. Worse medical insurance ever. It’s been two weeks asking about my claim with no feedback. Worse customer service. They don’t answer emails or WhatsApp. I just want my money, I have given them invoice
I have been waiting for my order for the past 5 days. When I track, it says it’s out for delivery but is never delivered. A lady called on Tuesday saying they will deliver the next day but never did. When I call no one picks up. Tracking the parcel doesn’t help. I never had any missed calls from them.
Worst airline ever!! They always inconvenience passengers. Always leaving our baggage behind and then not pick up calls when we call. I’m stuck in Cape Town with no clothes, toiletries and medication. It’s high time we involve our lawyers
Its been 3 days without internet. No one is picking up my calls. I am unable to work.
We need help from this ISP. We have been disconnected since morning and they are saying they can’t help us. We pay every month but they don’t provide any service. When we want to cancel they tell us about contracts. They are robbing us in daylight.
We have been trying to get fibre for the past 5 weeks. No one is assisting us, the consultants are telling us different stories everyday. We call with our airtime to be on the queue for 30 min only not to get help. We have been sending them emails but they are not responding. They do not even bother to call back.
MWEB does not answer support calls. They only answer if you want to place an order. I have not started using their internet but I am getting bad customer service already. I spent more that R300 airtime the phone rings until you run out of airtime. I can't even log query on their app because there are no options. I just need my fiber to be installed does it have to be this difficult?? Or Can they answer so I can cancel and order somewhere??
I placed an order last month for a customer, till today H has not received his order. No form of communication, nothing. I called Herbalife 4 times this week everyday with no help. They gave a number to call but I spent r 200 on airtime trying to call no one is picking up, I am always in line waiting. I would like a refund because the client is upset and they want their money, I lost a client due to their incompetence. My number is 0719968919
I placed an order with Decofurn on the 25th of September. I have never received any update from them about my delivery, They are not communicating with me. I had to call with my airtime and they are only telling me that the desk was damaged and they are waiting for new stock. Meaning I have to wait more weeks. Their service is very poor, I need that desk as soon as possible that is why I bought it.
I have the best experience with Takealot in August. I ordered a pair of sneakers (jada hunks), the delivery came in time before i expected it. They were communicating with me properly in terms of how is the delivery. when the shoes came the size did not fit me well i did a return request and they came to pick it up the following day. I was very impressed with the way of communication with Takealot and the delivery guy. My experience with them was wonderful. I got my pair of shoes in good condition and on time. I am happy with their service, and i am willing to place an order with them soon.
