Poor service from this Company, smartswitch.co.za (SmartSwitch). They bill me monthly for slow internet most of the time under 1mb speed. They do not send someone to check the wifi speed. Or to even check that the router gets updated. Poor customer service and responses are very weak and do not explain the problem. This month they decided to bill me an R100 more of which I do not know why. And no response when you ask about it. Do not do business with them at all.
