My daughter bought me a Haden toaster for mothers day on her account we uses it 5 times and it just stop working now we took it back and they refused to help us because we do not have the slip anymore the refused to go back on her account?
Really bad service waited 4 weeks for a reply on my complaint had to phone them now to get a reaction and now we wait?
Filled in on the enternet got a phone call that they come out and then nothing that was now 2 weeks ago?????
Booked a ticket for this Saturday, on Monday received an sms that they have changed my flight but no confirmation email been emailing them no reply and they do not answer there phones ?
We took out an extended service plan for our bakkie to be serviced up to 105 000km so every 15000km it will be serviced so we took it for its last service on our plan that we have been paying a lot of money for only to find out that we had to take it in at 103 000km even JB nissan was surprise at that I find it very unprofessional not to let us know in advanced about such changes and i will defnitely not take out another plan with. <p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>We paid money into mtn account by accident on the 30-11-2016 and we have phoned them send them emails and everytime we are told that the money will be paid back within a certain time frame, well its been almost two months no and still waiting this is getting redicioules if I don't pay my account on time my phone is cut off immediately so why can they not do the same its theft the money does not belong to them and my account is up to date.</p>
<p>Capitec state that they use FICA requiremets for you to open an account with them, but when you take the documents to them they do not except them, please can someone from Capitec explain that to me</p>
