Very disappointed with the service, my connection is offline almost half of the month every month because the fiber line is broken by their technician.
i bought a bed from bradlows more than 4 months ago, the bed was delivered damaged till this day 4 months later the store has not replaced the bed. they keep on taking me pillar to post, giving me reference number after reference number. their complaints resolution centre always claiming to make notes and escalating my problem but no progress they even refuse to give me their manager or head office contact details.
