Increase your premiums yearly but does not inform you upon selling you the contract. They are in breach of contract. What Vodacom will do to make an extra rand from their clients. Rather make use of CELLC or MTN for better service delivery!!!
Refuse to send recordings as they know they are in the wrong. Want to inconvenient the client.
Vodacom refuse to forward me voice recordings and wish to inconvenience me as they know they are in the wrong and let me pay for accounts I am not liable for.
Emailed Stratum on 3 occasions for their banking details to pay my monthly premium and they just ignore my emails....Discovery Gap cover is definitely the way to go; they deliver a much better service!!!!
Took more money than what they were supposed to. Unable to get hold of them and they never return your phone calls. Should definitely consider Discovery Gap Cover.
I app**** for a contract and Vodacom told me that I don't qualify for the cheaper option, but only for the more expensive option. So, I took the expensive option. Yesterday I got a call from Vodacom telling me that I don't qualify again. I have contracts with Vodacom.... they are trying to sell me an even more expensive contract.... taking about being *********!!!!
Register my claim a month ago and NEVER heard anything!!!!
