All stores except one that I visited could assist me with a pool water test (water analysis) during POOL SEASON. The excuses from various stores are as follow; 1.) No staff that knows to operate it 2.) No syringes 3.) System needs an update 4.) No disk 5.) No syringes again 6.) Doesn't have a key for the Cubboard Builders warehouse Allen's Neck was the only store that could assist and on the 4th attempt at the New Market store, the manager that transferred from Richard's Bay assisted
Today Kaylee's Eatery felt like home! I needed a good healthy meal and a two point plug after a very hard day, Chef Sasha delivered both effortlessly!!! Thank you for going the extra mile and thank you for constantly producing excellent food with the friendliest staff!
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The manager Jake refused to help my husband when returning Dr Hanhz dog food. He walked away and said my husband can stand there until the store closes he does NOT care. He said we can contact his HQ it won't matter because Spar will back his behavior basically.

TERRIBLE and very disappointing service from Game mall of the south. I wanted to by my niece her first little pink bicycle. My niece and 9month pregnant sister were very excited to get the bike today. I took the last pink bicycle box, which was not sealed to begin with, and kindly greeted and asked Vusi to help me assemble the little bicycle, he then looked up from his cell phone with one hand in his pocket and said 'no I can't help you coz I'm very busy'. 9am on Tuesday morning, hardly any customers in the store I then asked another lady if there is anyone else who could assist me and she said no ONLY Vusi. I then told her if she gave me a tool I can assemble it myself... Needless to say we left with a crying 3yo who did not get her first pink little bicycle... Poor service... and clearly Game mall of the south does not care about customers or want our business.
Kayla went above and beyond in keeping me up to date every step of the way, she made the entire experience pleasurable and painless! Brilliant customer service and outstanding workmanship! The coffee bar was of high quality! Kayla, thank you for taking care of me and my car, your work ethic is unmatched! THANK YOU RENEW IT SANDTON!!!!!
