Hydraulic Cylinder repair shop
Spent R11,000 on the 'repair' of an hydraulic cylinder. It failed in under an hour. Sent it back on two occasions; both times the cylinder buckled within minutes. When a refund was requested they denied. Not only is the workmanship of this shop BAD they also DO NOT guarantee their work, contrary to what they claim on their website. THESE PEOPLE ARE ******! THESE PEOPLE ARE ******!!

Baggage damaged by KLM Airlines - NO replacement or credit
Baggage damaged by KLM Airline. Reported it at the airport and online. Have the proof. After 1,5 months I'm still waiting for a refund or replacement although a week to resolve was promised. Called helpline - they put the phone down on me. This Airline DOES NOT CARE about passengers luggage!!

***** is SOOO easy at Edgars Stores
Edgars admin is SO POOR that they'll open an account for you WITHOUT proof of ID or physical address and then allow you can buy buy buy - as much as you want, on credit of course, for ever! One individual is doing just that using my ID and his/her name. And although Edgars/RCS have been notified hereof (I have the proof) that same individual continues buying at leisure as he/she pleases. It's party time!!!! So far he/she has spent thousands on clothing. And with Xmas around the corner that spending is just the start. PATHETIC ADMIN / CREDIT DEPARTMENT . THEY SHOULD BE FIRED!!

Very poor Credit application procedures at Edgars Stores
Someone was able to open an account with Edgars using my ID number and their real name. How careless of Edgars!! i now have a default credit record with the credit bureau as a result and must waste my time trying to rectify the situation.

Tactical Distributors SA East Rand South Africa are dishonest - BEWARE!!!! Faulty goods returned will NOT be refunded. First, they try convince you to keep a credit on their books. I refused as I needed the money back. I was then told to complete a REFUND REQUEST FORM. Goods returned 17th October '22. As at 29th Nov'22 still waiting for a refund. Complaint Tickets raised on their platform is simply closed as 'resolved'. They will first lie to you then ignore your calls/emails.

SARS incompetence!!!!!
SARS is the most pathetic organization in the world. Our company has had a judgement lodged with ITC for years. Every few months we try sort it out to be told by SARS that there is NO issue on their side. But they will not put it in writing so we can have it sorted with ITC. OVER 4 YEARS OF THIS ****!!! We cannot trade as we cannot get credit. We cannot get credit because SARS has a judgement lodged with ITC. SARS denies this yet ITC it cannot do anything until SARS notifies them the matter is clear. WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO????
