My contract with Telkom is being a problem, and I want to make a cancellation on one of my contracts. I tried phoning Telkom a few times on different days and was cut off every time, then I had them phone me and got cut off again. So I went into a Telkom store, but they could not assist and put me on the phone with Telkom. I got cut off twice more. The man told me this was normal. When I asked for an email address to contact them I was told that that is only for Telkom Business.
I’m being charged for a security system that they haven’t finished setting up. They’re demanding the balance of monies owed, even though the job hasn’t been finished.
I handed a matter to iLawyer months ago and paid the required fee. They initially contacted me back to say that documents were being filed and now, in spite of me sending numerous emails and contact forms on their sight, no longer contact me back. I have tried phoning the number they provide on their website and it keeps telling me the number is not available. There is no other way to contact them. It has been three months with no contact.
