Bedford centre is such a nice centre to visit. Unfortunately the staff involved with the parking is extremely unprofessional. The payment points always give trouble and when you ask for assistance you get to speak to rude and unprofessional staff. It is so unpleasant and frustrating!

On the 5th of July 2019 my account was accessed by someone through paypal and made a purchase described as *MYDESIGNERK. After reporting the fraud via hotline, I had to call +-7 times to eventually got referred to the dispute departments by receiving their contact details. Unfortunately there is only an email address. This just creates a whole new headache. I sent an email and got an response that a consultant will be in touch AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Guess what? It's now been several days later and no contact from ABSA, not a email or call to provide feedback or an update on the case.I bet if Absa wanted something from me, they would have send an email every 10min or call endlessly. I called Absa and just got excuses and empty apologies, but no assistance or guidance on how to resolve the matter.
