The ladies at reception are extremely abrupt and rude. Never in my life have i experienced such service from 2 grown woman and they they still gossip about it will putting you on hold, only to find out that you can actually here what they are saying. i have never felt this disrespected and belittled. they dont knwo who you are where you from and why you calling but give you attitude for no reason.
i just finished writing a ****en 5 hour paper when i want to submit, it kicked me out and now all of my answers are gone! I have been calling mancosa non stop for the past 30 minutes nothing! I get through to some lady and she says theres two extra hours i need to answer the questions again How the ****en hell do you finish a 5 hour exam in 2 hours Ive answered every question and completed Please explain to me how the **** do i do this??? i sat for 5 hours thinking and writing those answeres where the **** do i get those answers back!!! This is not my fault at all and im paying for this **** service. 171132 is my student number i need answers to this right now!!!!!!!!! i am going to the ombudsman and every possible source to get this right

**** company does not deduct on the right day and then the consultant wants to give me an attitude, ur mothers Ass both u and vodacom its not my fault u cant arrange proper debits, i arranged a debit or for convenience u wanna give me attitude and ask why i didnt make a manual payment. i cant be calling you and reminding u to do what we agreed upon. dumb ass consultant, luckily i didnt get her name
This is the worst damn bank ever!!! i have a personal loan with u guys u didnt deduct in dec now u double debit in jan even tho there was funds available the entire december month. Now i wanna pay a lump sump for the whole year upfront and you telling me that you are still going to debit from my acc? for what reason when i have paid in advance? Lebo ntuli collections manager promised to call back yesterday after i spent more than 3 hours of my own airtime trying to contact and resolve still to no avail. you charge me 27.5% interest are u out of ur mind! i pay an installment of about 2500 monthly but after paying for a whole year my account has decreased by about 3000 but if you calculate i have paid R30000 for the year. what kind of ****ery is this?? i will never ever recommend nedbank to anyone their customer care is pathetic!!!! useless ass bank!!! but then again this review will not change anything
#SupportLocal had a good quality kota at this place. Service is great to and they do deliveries.
