Thi bus company, refuses to pay me my refund, and even when i contact them on their wattsap number the is no reply

Poor customer after sales service
Ledtronix is giving me run around about, my refund , i followed their so called pollicy , paid my money to return the goods back to them , even when they recieved the goods i didnt get any confimation , two days later when i called they will still investigate, all this time my customer is waiting for his money back

Gross negligent bye the manager and the staff
First the drive through was not working and the was no immediate sign saying so, inside the was only one cashier , had to wait 10 minutes before I was attended to, when I asked for the manager to be called to explain the situation, he just said he didn’t know about drive through and just left, when some other one came he just tried to justify the problem and not take accountability, having accepted these conditions, the waitress just brought my order and told me sorry we don’t have the lids for your ice cream, that’s when I decided to cancel my order and asked for my money back 20 minutes later .
