Took my 2-year-old son to play and feed the animals to the 1 in Brackenfell, the place was very nice, staff were all pleasant and helpful, will def be going there again! food was amazing! value for money
I would like to compliment Fenwick Boshoff for keeping their word to me and sending me my paid up letter after i paid my account, albeit i threatened them with the ombudsman after not replying to my emails for my Paid up letter, a lady by the name of Margott Steyn replied to me in the nicest way which after my threatening email was a surprise, my threatening email came off the back of me reading the rating here on hellopeter so i decided to set the record straight... STAY CLEAR FROM DEBT RESCUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so in 2018, i was let go from my job, and my wife and we were forced to go under debt review to cover our debts, debt rescue gave us an amount which was about 55% of our normal installment, which was awesome for us however for the following 3 months they systematically pushed up our installment to a point where it was close to ouriginal payment, we then decided to cancel which when we applied i was told we could do at any point! my wife then got a small inheretence which allowed us to settle all of our debt exept the car which is a big sum, we contacted all our debtors ourselves and got settlement amounts, that was in june 2020, in septembe we tried trading in our car and to our surprise we were declined due to the use still being under debt review! i contacted debt rescue who refused to remove our names from ITC stating our car needs to be settled!! which is R180.000, IT literally felt like we are being held hostige by them!! we had to hire a private lawyer at the cost of R15 000 to go to court to remove our names! because they refused to remove it!
So i have this Id that is about 15 years old, which has survived a wash by my wife, anyway as you can imagine, its not a great shape, anyway i went to FNB blue route Tokai, and they took a look at it and told me they couldnt use i would need to get a temporary id, which was very irritating to me because i needed my account open, i then decided to go to FNB in Adderley street CBD, and i was helped by a wonderful staff member named Gaynor Martin, she was so helpful and patient! i would like to take time to give Gaynor a staff member that should train other staff on customer service a GREAT BIG THANK YOU!
I would like to take a moment to give Xavier from affinity health a great thank you!! I intentionally was rude and impatient with him, to get him to react and he stayed nice and patient with me always spoke nicely to me! he is such a pleasure and joy to deal with and truly an asset to any company! he should be doing training to call centre agents! his mannerism is exceptional, even when i put him under pressure
I had the pleasure of dealing with a very pleasant and well spoken young man Xavier, i ve dealt with him on numerous occasions and he is always kind, patient, and he will make a good husband one day lol
I was helped by a very professional young man named Xavier, he was patient, kind and respectable, for a young man for a young man nowadays those qualities are few and long forgotten. He was clear and straight to the point. Thank you affinity for the help in such a professional manner
