<div>First message De 2023: Poor after sale service. Hope my warranty will be valid. Owner doesn't answer simple whats app question. When he needed money, he answered. Also never checked final installation but told workers to tell me to pay last 10%. Shocking. Poor finishes and nothing balanced. Come look if you like. My first review ever. Go figure... I have tried endlessly to get the owner Ivan Ferreira to come and do a check after his team were done, and nothing. He has not come to see the final job, just wanted his final payment...Now he blocks me on Whats App. Like I'm going away. This is just the start. Seems he has many many similar concerns also reported here. All I am asking is for him to come and see the job and show me how the Ozone works. Hallo Peter next if I don't get a response in 5 working days. This was messages from back in Dec 2023. Second message: 22 Feb 24: Still nothing. He blocked me cos I ask the owner Ivan to come see me. He has all my money, his condition is I must apologise and remove my review. Apologise because his one worker gave me his cell number and said if I needed help to call him, Seems he knows Ivan better then most, poor service after he has your money. I never apologized as there was nothing to apologise for, but I did remove my review off their web page, and still a no show, so a year later, here is my Hello Peter review. I asked him to please come see me, sort the issue, and I can then post a great review on the service. At the moment there is no service and the system is not working as paid for, not even close. Not even a filter in the pump system. Some parts also second hand. He has now blocked me on whats app, like an ostrich hiding its head in the sand. I will not go away. Consumer council and Hallo Peter if no response by month end, Feb 2024 that is, a year back. Grow a pair Ivan and face your clients that pay for you to live the high life. Lucky it still a 2 🌟 rate, I'm being kind... Call me please sir... Now, 29 Jan 2025: Now its a 1 Star rating as I cannot go lower. Still nothing from Ivan., over a year later. I did however get Ivan's supplier company to come assess the installation. It was crazy. They had to remove the entire jacuzzi, took it to their premises in Alberton South, rebuilt all pipes, power box, wooden surrounds and Step, fixed the cover and more. Now it looks like the one from the manufacturer. Looks amazing now, even has a filter in now. Ivan's version had the filter container inline, but NO FILTER inside. I have before and after photo's if someone would like to see. Shocking work. The fix-up job by the original Christelle manufacturer cost me over R20K, which I have sent to him, but he chooses to ignore the invoice. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THE SPA COMPANY OR IVAN FOR ANYTHING.</div>
Just putting this out there about Kulula.com where I booked a ticket for June for my daughter, 5 months away, and now the wedding planner messes up and the wedding is a week before the date of the booked ticket. When I ask Norma of Kulula call centre for a flight / name change, one week exactly before the booked dates, 5 months in advance, the cost is the same as a new ticket. For me this is fraud and theft, cos if I book and pay again for a week earlier, they resell that ticket I paid for a week later, and they okay with that. Not half price, sommer full ticket price again, so if an emergency occurs, like this, you get *****ed. I know most airlines probably do the same and do this cos its standard practice, BUT IS IT FAIR??? ... On top of that she had to pay British airways a further GBP 150.80 for her date change. That is messed up folks. Go Kulula.com ...makes me sick how they do this with impunity and nothing we can do. Just Pay...
