I have been with wis 24/7 for about three years never had problems, then from the beginig of July 2024 after the storms in the area they had problems with their antenna, which is understandable but I was out for 4 days. I am an international presenter for a large company and I also trade online. I had to travel to another town to do my calls, as the area I stay in is remote. I went on business to Cape Town and arriving back the internet is very poor again. I contacted the technical team they said there is a problem again. I asked when it would be resolved to which I recieved a reply "I do not know." I asked would it be an hour a day ?? same reply. I asked to speak to someone that could answer. I was put on hold for a few minutes and then got I reply I must send an email to get an answer. If the managment cannot face the public and respond why are they in business. I pay R1000 for a 10 meg line with this type of service???
Telkom has had a LTE Router and simcard delivered to me yesterday but all 9 Telkom agents that I spoke to today on call centre all say they have no clue on how to assist me or activate a sim card so in other words Telkom, their agents, their service and the training they give their staff is ***d!!! First Telkom bills me for months for an adsl service that does NOT work so we changed now to LTE and now Telkom is to illiterate to assist!
