Shame I can’t give a 0 rating. While I am aware that some customers are happy with the company’s service I have yet to experience this. The tech support team seems clueless, and overall professional conduct is a -10. I have been sending complaints via WhatsApp and email and I hardly ever get support. In one case I have even requested to change my account (4 months ago) and accounts team never bothered to respond. In addition I have reported issues and request assistance over a weekend when the tech support on standby responded via voice note while under the influence, only to check in on the issue the following day. I have constant connection issues and after 2 months the team came without informing me to check it out. According to their findings the issue was related to trees. The trees were trimmed and the issue is not resolved, a clear indication of incompetence on their end. Think twice before using-service is unprofessional. If you are living in an area with good coverage you’ll probably be happy with them, if not, avoid.

Very disappointed. WIS 24/7 does not deliver the service they sell. Owner has attitude when mentioning that there is a problem. We are paying for 25/25 speed not receiving this speed or close to this at any time of day or night.

I have been struggling since the beginning of June with my wifi and LAN connection. I pay full price but receive useless wifi and the technicians / service agents are not able to find the problem. They visited my house as well and provided me with their router. My two routers were faulty according to them. I have been loggin faults daily, but they do not sort it out. I have called their offices a few times as well, but nothing seems to happen. When asking what the internet issue is, they just say that they are not sure / they did tests etc and seems to be fine. Before June, everything was perfect as smooth running. I tried all other means to resolve this issue, but I do not get it. This was my last resort to write a review on this platform. I requested that a manager or senior staff member contact me to discuss this as well, but did not receive any calls / emails or feedback. I do not feel it is reasonable for me to be paying my full subscription fee every month and receiving this kind of service.

Wow, what an amazing WiFi provider. Incredible service from the office through to the tech teams, efficient and FAST! Installation was speedy and smooth, and when I did have an issue recently, one of the team spent hours trying to assist me remotely, and when that didn't work, the crew arrived here on the farm the very next day. Extremely professional, polite, and problem solved. I wholeheartedly recommend this WISP.

I have been with wis 24/7 for about three years never had problems, then from the beginig of July 2024 after the storms in the area they had problems with their antenna, which is understandable but I was out for 4 days. I am an international presenter for a large company and I also trade online. I had to travel to another town to do my calls, as the area I stay in is remote. I went on business to Cape Town and arriving back the internet is very poor again. I contacted the technical team they said there is a problem again. I asked when it would be resolved to which I recieved a reply "I do not know." I asked would it be an hour a day ?? same reply. I asked to speak to someone that could answer. I was put on hold for a few minutes and then got I reply I must send an email to get an answer. If the managment cannot face the public and respond why are they in business. I pay R1000 for a 10 meg line with this type of service???

After the first encounter_ I should have seen the PROMINENT red flag. After installation has taken place, we received the quote to pay for installation. To my greatest shock, this was not what myself and the lady had discussed and was not to impressed as their emails and message correspondence did not manage to contribute all the required information. After many hassles, screenshots and frustration. The matter had been resolved. I should have ran away right there and then. Thereafter our first debit order was processed, at an incorrect amount. Once again_ another hassle. Please bare in mind that this is in the second day of joining WIS. Thanks to the same lady that forgot to communicate extra costs, they managed to refund the money that they charged additionally. After another month of using WIS, it was once again time to pay. Why would you ask someone when to debit their account_ when you decided on their behalf. Apparently that was sorted. I don't know. Never received feedback. Again, payment time for_ so this was already starting to make me completely mad, on the 20th of may our debit, that was supposed to be processed on the 26/05/2022, commenced. What a shocker. Spoke to the same lady who promised to get back to me_ obviously I still have not heard anything back. Ladies, and Gentlemen. It's rhe morning of the 01/06/2022 and we have again paid our internet. Kindly advise as to how this issues can be corrected, ASAP.

Everyone at WIS-24 is easy to deal with. My calls are always answered (no queues) and promises to phone back are always kept. No doubt if this continues, WIS24 will grow and start a call centre - perish the thought!

I do not recommend WIS24/7 for the following reasons 1. The unethical methods into coercing people to sign their contracts based on lies, either their staff is uneducated on what really is in their contract or they just want to make a sale. 2. Slow speeds, they offer 10Mbs for close to a R1000. it is simply overpriced for that slow speed, R200 for 2Mbs? what is this the 1900s. also asking the farmers double the price, from what ive seen and experienced, they have deals with people on farms that pay up to R400 for a 2Mbs speed, why does the farmers have to pay so much more? our farmers are struggling as it is and this company gives overpriced network connections to our farmers. 3. Unprofessional-ism is appalling. Insinuating that customers do not know anything about their rights or common knowledge. 4. The router and the antenna-dish that they name as their equipment is NOT yours. The contract states that the antenna stays property of WIS24/7. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE EMPLOYEES TELLING YOU THAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR THE EQUIPMENT. 5.Their IT Technician will coerce you into getting a package with them although he fully knows well that they are overpriced and have slow speeds and unstable connections. 6.Their connection is unstable. the IT Technician assured us that we will be able to play video games on low ping, knowing full well that their network does not support gaming. 7.Their contracts are super sketchy. their contracts i personally would consider illegal. it disregards the law and they make up their own laws. WIS24/7 does not allow you to cancel your contract with them even though it is against the law. Consumer Protection Act no 68 of 2008. they believe that canceling your contract is in breach of your contract. which is untrue. they offer no way of cancellation even though big companies like Telkom, Vodacom, MTN and Cell c offers cancellations within the Consumer Protection Act. 8.The tech support team is useless, we complained for 6 months that our speeds was not what it is supposed to be and even having disconnections and they ignored us. 9.There are better solutions to your networking needs in Moorreesburg, Telkom is one of them. in the age of Fiber, faster and more stable connections now is the time to make the move over. Telkom is offering faster speeds at a lower price for residents in moorreesburg. They even give you free installation and guess what the "equipment" Stays yours!. telkom is busy installing fiber connections in Malmsbury, it is not gonna take much longer to get Moorreesburg also fiber connections making WIS24/7 obsolete. this has been our 7 month experience with WIS24/7, If your are in desperate need of a network connection rather wait it out you will not be sorry. Side Note, we are currently using telkom for a 20Mbs line for R399 a month.
