After the first encounter_ I should have seen the PROMINENT red flag. After installation has taken place, we received the quote to pay for installation. To my greatest shock, this was not what myself and the lady had discussed and was not to impressed as their emails and message correspondence did not manage to contribute all the required information. After many hassles, screenshots and frustration. The matter had been resolved. I should have ran away right there and then. Thereafter our first debit order was processed, at an incorrect amount. Once again_ another hassle. Please bare in mind that this is in the second day of joining WIS. Thanks to the same lady that forgot to communicate extra costs, they managed to refund the money that they charged additionally.
After another month of using WIS, it was once again time to pay. Why would you ask someone when to debit their account_ when you decided on their behalf. Apparently that was sorted. I don't know. Never received feedback.
Again, payment time for_ so this was already starting to make me completely mad, on the 20th of may our debit, that was supposed to be processed on the 26/05/2022, commenced. What a shocker. Spoke to the same lady who promised to get back to me_ obviously I still have not heard anything back.
Ladies, and Gentlemen. It's rhe morning of the 01/06/2022 and we have again paid our internet.
Kindly advise as to how this issues can be corrected, ASAP.
