Local overnight delivery turns into a week-long wait. Only after I started enquiring about my delivery did they realise my parcel had been "misrouted" and was at the wrong depot. I am quite sure I would still have been waiting for my parcel another few weeks if I had not enquired about my delivery
Ordered and Paid for a Power Station online. After a couple of days order still showed as Pending Payment, and all my emails have gone unanswered. Only after calling them, I was informed that there was a glitch in the system that my payment was not loaded correctly and that there was no longer stock available of the Item. They promised they would do a refund me, but I have not received my money back yet
Been trying for months to get a refund after receiving the wrong item after multiple deliveries.
My parcel that was already dispatched late was delayed another day just because the address given was seen as a business address and there was no business supplied. This has never been an issue with any of the other couriers over the years, including Dawn Wing. Why is this currently an issue?
