Worst resort experience ever
No guards patrolling the area to make sure guests are safe and adhering to rules. My neighbors played loud rambunctious music until 4 or 5 am both nights that I stayed over and nothing was done about it. I definitely will not be returning here. Worst resort i have stayed at before.

Billed for a product that was never installed
I applied for a fixed ADSL line last year June. After waiting almost 2 months for them to come and do the installation, i cancelled the contract with them. NOW, I'm being billed for a product that was never installed and that was cancelled by myself after having to wit for months for them t o come and install the product. Telkom is useless and the call center agents are not helpful at all and very rude. I have never before experienced such horrible service!! I'm utterly disgusted in Telkom.
