On the 1st of May I ordered some items from Markhams online. On the 4th I received half my order, the balance of the order's status change to "Items Returned" after following up on this I was advised that the items are being sourced from other branches, in the meantime these items still display an "In Stock" status online. A month later I asked to be refunded, I'm advised to complete a Requisition, only to be refunded for 1 item. Logged another query for the balance, gets advised to do another Refund Requisition and to my surprise I got another refund yesterday 18 July for 1 more item and not the full balance of my refund. This is the worse customer service I've every received. Do they enjoy creating work for themselves. It was 1 order with multiple items surely it makes sense to do 1 refund ????? Order number p252367659 Will definitely not do any online purchase from any store in this group if this is the treatment I receive, even "WISH" is much better to deal with wrt refunds.
I should've checked out hellopeter first before trusting Fixitt with appliance. They are the most incompetent company I ever had to deal with. They have my washing machine since 30 November 2018, and the quote was for replacing of the PC board, everytime I phone I get a different story, from the supplier closing down to waiting on the parts from JHB, now its again another part that they waiting on 3 months later and I'm still waiting on Aisha from the workshop to get back to me, which she seldom does. Please people do not use Fixitt, they are messed up.
