Cashier Leticia at your express till for 5 items is unprofessional and blatantly rude. Has no people skills and her services is just appalling. An employee like her would chase customers away. Causing a really bad reputation for Checkers Blue Route.
Quick to send an invoice that costs an arm and a leg but when they need to refund you, they're MISSING IN ACTION. Terrible after sales service, pathetic communication (basically they ignore you) unorganized and unprofessional, rude arrogant staff. When they actually do respond (days after the event) their tone in the email basically points out that the customer is the problem however, you're the one fitting the biggest bill without a proper breakdown on the invoice explaining exactly what you're paying for especially under transportation. Some parts of the tent was dirty and looked disgusting. I wouldn't recommend their services. Utterly disappointed and would never use them for an event. Unfriendly staff assisting over the telephone in the tenting department. 0 stars from an unsatisfied, unhappy and disappointed customer. Never again.
Pathetic medical aid. Worst communication and one never gets correspondence after submitting a claim. This has been an ongoing problem. At times, unfriendly services and consultants that are irritable as well. I would not recommend this medical aid to anyone. One's health is really not first on the list if you have gems. Extremely disappointed client.
