Pathetic Services
Quick to send an invoice that costs an arm and a leg but when they need to refund you, they're MISSING IN ACTION. Terrible after sales service, pathetic communication (basically they ignore you) unorganized and unprofessional, rude arrogant staff. When they actually do respond (days after the event) their tone in the email basically points out that the customer is the problem however, you're the one fitting the biggest bill without a proper breakdown on the invoice explaining exactly what you're paying for especially under transportation. Some parts of the tent was dirty and looked disgusting. I wouldn't recommend their services. Utterly disappointed and would never use them for an event. Unfriendly staff assisting over the telephone in the tenting department. 0 stars from an unsatisfied, unhappy and disappointed customer. Never again.

Party Disaster
So I order kiddies tables tresles and a jumping castle on the 25th of November 2019 for the 14th of December for my 1st grand daughter's 1 year birthday party which is a pretty special day. Person that helps me assures me everything is sorted delivery confirmed for the Friday 13 December. I pay for it upfront and leave with my invoice and receipt in hand thinking all is well with the world etc... The 13th comes and go no delivery I'm thinking maybe they swamped did not get to it so the big day arrives and I'm getting concerned 08:00 I phone to enquire where is my order then the nightmare starts. We somehow did not pick it etc... But not to worry what time does the party start I say at 12 no problem we will get it to u before then. Just about to turn 12 no delivery yet phone again where's my order sorry we thought u said it starts at 14:00 no mam its about to start and I have no tables bunks or jumping castle guests starts to arrive and I look like a incompetent host. Oh sorry Mr Burton we don't have tresles can we send milk crates instead but rest assured wel be there before 14:00. Hell hath no fury than a irate wife and grandma. Then to top it off nature has its way and by 15:00 the party is rained out and festivities had to stop thus ending what should have been a joyous day.

BAD SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT
If I could give you a 0 star, I would because you deserve nothing more. With an arrogant owner like Junaid who lacks customer service and has the audacity to ask a customer why they didn't keep trying to get hold of him after he failed to show up for 2 booked appointments, no wonder your company is so bad with service when the head of the company has no interest in customer service. Mukhtar hiring is cheap but lacks service, reliability and communication so if you are ok with having your items delivered late and billed for their mistakes and an owner that thinks customers should run after him for 3 year to fix his organisations mistakes, then this is the company to go with.

With an arrogant owner like Junaid who lacks customer service and has the audacity to ask a customer why they didn't keep trying to get hold of him after he failed to show up for 2 booked appointments, no wonder your company is so bad with service when the head of the company has no interest in customer service. Mukhtar hiring is cheap but lacks service, reliability and communication so if you are ok with having your items delivered late and billed for their mistakes and an owner that thinks customers should run after him for 3 year to fix his organisations mistakes, then this is the company to go with.

In adequate, unfriendly, unprofessional and unhelpful staff
I ordered a number of items for hiring including a marquee for a significant prayer following the passing of my mother. Upon prior measurement, I clearly stipulated what I wanted and it was clear that there was understanding between myself and the person who was assigned to measuring the area. When the marquee was put up, it was smaller and much narrow than what was originally discussed. I tried calling a number of times to have the structure altered before the start of the prayer, but was ignored and treated with such nonchalance and a disrespectful tone from Fatima and other Mukhtar Hiring staff. This was extremely stressful given the nature of the event and the number of guests hired, but to Fatima and the rest of the staff it did not matter. This was disturbing as previously a tent was hired for the same area and the dimensions were bigger, yet I was told that there was nothing bigger for my space. They didn't even have the decency to send someone else to correct it or even to return calls as they said they would. This to me implies a business for money and not for a professional service offering. Staff are unfriendly, unprofessional and have no way of speaking to clients. I am even having issues with the return of my deposit. Communication is terrible. I will make a point to never hire from this company again and would advise friends and family accordingly.

I am even having issues with the return of my deposit. Communication is terrible. I will make a point to never hire from this company again and would advise friends and family accordingly.
