I am really shocked at how we’re being ****med with this “reserved total” system! Pick ‘n Pay claims to not deducting the reserved money but the money is never returned back! It seems that they have now found a way to make more money from people! I’ve once written an email about their system not being up to date about stock that’s available which technically leads to them saying items are out of stock after deducting the incorrect amount. If the money was really just a reservation then number one I wouldn’t get a deduction message from my bank and number two , my bank balance would change accordingly after the correct total shows on my bank statement but my bank balance doesn’t change after they apparently take their balance which shows that they actually take money of products that are out of stock! No stock, no money- easy!
Yellow sub is an absolute ****, they deducted money from my account knowing very well they did not have stock for the items I had an interest in, as if that’s not worse enough they then refunded me only a small portion of my balance when I requested for my money back they decided it would be best to block my email account to hinder me from having access to them. They are a complete ****, their staff are also just complete rude and know nothing about customer service, I hope everyone who is interested in purchasing from them check the reviews before attempting to purchase from them.
Yellow sub trading is a ****! They do false advertising of enough stock and after you make payment, their website changes to “out of stock”! As if that’s not enough stress, their helpline is not anyway helpful, they don’t solve anything and have the guts to close the ticket. They are avoiding giving me my refund back and that shows how much of a total **** they are, their services are definitely not worth the stress, they treat people as if the products that are being bought are being bought with money from them! Who can work hard for their own money and then throw it around for fun??
My delivery was supposed to arrive yesterday and I waited all day only for me to not receive my order, today I got an sms from makro saying that they’ll be delivering my tv and I anxiously waited for my order only for their driver to tell me that they won’t be delivering my tv. How do you fail to deliver on time when you are the one who set the delivery date? I’m honestly not satisfied with makro’s services and I regret ever ordering from them!
