The correspondence I had with the representative was good and they were very helpful and quick to assist. Platinum Life is too busy with constant calling clients though in my opinion. Always trying to upsell and adding things on.
They are a little slow on communication, but I had no issues with them otherwise. The vehicle was as they said it would be and I've had my car for a month now, with no issues. The assistance was great, as long as I communicated from my side consistently, and I was happy to do so.
If I could give a minus I would. They are not a business and only ****s people. i was contacted almost 5 months after ordering and not receiving my items, and they offered me a refund. This was after being ignored and being told lies over and over. I still do not have my money back or the shoes I ordered in September. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY **** YOU
I would give ZERO stars if I could. Ordered shoes on 5 September. I am still waiting. At one point my order was "on it's way" the delivery status just changed to pending suddenly. Now I get no feedback or just a "resolve the backlog issue"that has been goin on for 5 months. They are ****mers.
When cancelling my policy it went quick and easy. Everything happened within 10 minutes. I spoke to Prudence on the website chat - she was quick and efficient. Jade phoned me 5 minutes later, and a few minutes later I received my cancellation letter. I am sad to leave Dotsure, and definitely recommend them as a service provider.
