2019 Annual payment: Payment of R640 was done electronically on 31st December 2018 from ABSA bank for 2019 registration. The money reached SANC 02 January 2019. Nursing Council closed its doors 21st December 2018 @12PM opening 03 January 2019 ********** hence we resorted on online payment. Proof of payment was sent via email and Fax which appears or restoration form and we took it like if they can accept proof of payment for restoration 24/7 and 7 days a week they must be able to receive proof of payments done before 2019 using the same method which reads as follow: "You may also deposit the required fees into the Council’s bank account (see details below) and fax copies of the required documents and deposit slip to the Council on fax number: ********** / ********** or ********** The fax machines on this number are generally available 24-hours per day, seven days per week." Payment must reach the SANC bank account on or before the closing date. You are therefore urged to pay as soon as possible in order to avoid the last minute rush. Remember: Bank transfers from non-FNB banks take up to 3 working days - pay well in advance to meet 31 December 2018 deadline." Nursing Council closed its doors 21st December 2018 @12PM opening 03 January 2019. Questions: If payments were paid 2018 but reached SANC 2019, just a day late even though proof of payment was Faxed and emailed in 2018, Does SANC has to penalize you 300% interest? And if they feel you were practicing unregistered for one day, why don't they just penalize pro- rata of that one day of being unlicensed because the money is paid on 2018 but reached their banks 2019 the 2nd? And when they de- restore you from their register, why don't they send the money back to the practitioner's bank account but keep it in their bank account generating income for them?
We received a tender last week from Amanda Msibi @ social development stating the following: "The National Department of Social Development invites all interested parties to respond to Requests for QUOTATIONS or PROPOSALS as indicated for the supply and delivery of the COPPERIC CUTTING DISC 125MM model no. Kindly confirm receipt of this Request for Quotation via email or a telephone call, Thank you. Kind regards Amanda Msibi Supply-Chain Manager Tel: ********** Fax: ********** Email: ********** We did get the quote but got suspicious with how fast the decision was made that we were awarded the tender and the process to be followed. Visited Social Department to confirm the Tender and the person we have been communicating with. Department confirmed it is a scam. We called Amanda to meet us downstairs at securities and she said she is coming. After a few minutes we called again, the voice was the same but name changed to Lerato then to Tebogo. Then we asked, are running a scam? And they said yes. Please be aware and help us crack this crooks.
