Very bad customer service experience from Maggie claims advisor regarding my claim authorization and processes. I have been with then for 5 years and it's almost 2 months and my claim is not finalized and settled fairly. My damaged Skylight and broken window panes claims has not been settled. I am 51 years old and their policy is if you are 50 years and older you dont pay an excess yet I was charged an access of R2450. They never updated my policy regarding the no excess payment for people 50 years and older.

For an hour of installation on my DSTV satelite dish they charge me R3600. All they did was supply cabling 16m and install my existing dish to another area to improve the signal. Daylight *******. I will never use this company again. Kobus take note your company are *******

Very poor service from Lenette and their service department. My vehicle is under warranty and maintenance plan. My battery went flat. My vehicle was booked in on a Wednesday and I only received it on Monday. Further to this front parking sensors were giving error messages after MG battery went dead. They needed to replace one sensor but their was no physical damage and requested R3800 to replace it. They never replaced my dead battery just charged it. A month later my battery is flat again. Very poor unprofessional service. I would never service my vehicle at this dealership again. Very unhappy customer.

Very professional and good company. I have been with them since 2020. Their vehicle insurance premiums are reasonable and my premiums decrease every 6 months. They always go the extra mile for their customers.
Very poor service from customer service they always out of stock on Albany Ultima Brown Bread. The feedback I received from them is very unprofessional and not positive.
White Manager was very rude and unprofessional. After his staff gave me a quotation for repairs the next day I visited he would not let me in. Seems a bit of a ******.
