I have received two different emails from Fines SA for two different infringement notices, and after having verified that these were accurate, I have made payment for both fines on the same day (25th of May 2021). A week or so later I have received confirmation of the one notice being paid, but not for the other one. I have since then sent numerous emails to help@finessa.co.za and finance@finessa.co.za, with proof from my bank account attached showing the two different payments made via their PayFast account, but I have to date not received any acknowledgment of the second fine being paid. I have today received a statement showing that the one fine's payment is still outstanding, and yet no one has taken the time to respond to any of my communication.

Ecotel - Worst "service" provider I have ever encountered!
This is one of the worst service providers I have ever dealt with! I ordered a small service called a "virtual landline number" from them in September 2018. After initially struggling to get it activated / set up, I was up and running. I then received my first invoice for R40 (which is for the monthly rental of the number). I then paid the amount of R55 to cover the monthly rental and for some credit for calls. Their process is that you have to send them the proof of payment with the account number as reference (which I did) in order to have the funds allocated. After numerous emails, attempted calls, messages via WhatsApp the initial R55 has STILL not been allocated to this date! The virtual number has been suspended since October 2018 since "no payment / credit" has been allocated, but no one has even attempted to resolve this! I have since cancelled the service, but have not received any confirmation of receipt of the cancellation (after explicitly asking them for this). Never in my life have I struggled this much with a service provider - and honestly, I cannot even call them a service provider. They are a product seller. Simple as that. No after sales support. No customer care. No accountability. Nothing. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company. They will harm your business more than helping it.
