I am so disappointed of the collection department..this staff is so rude and they really need training for anger management because hai shame not making their ptp frustrate them and they end up fighting with us to cut the story short I’m having a vehicle finance with Nedbank and I’m owing 1month installment and they refuse to make an arrangement of making the installment of paying normal installment plus additional amount for 3months instead the last consult that spoke to me he tells me that they will come back to take the car and I rejected the contact..can I really get a call back to a person who is willing to make payment arrangements with me and can I get someone who is humble and sympathetic cos hai shame the once who are spoke to hai shame they are really heartless and they are just red flagging Nedbank shame their service is very poor they really need help it’s like they are taking their personal issue and bring it to us the client..they need a proper training on how to treat the customers cos I’m really disappointed right now and I don’t think even if the person is owing should be treated in this matter so if they are tired of working they should just quit the job since they are not willing to assist Nedbank customers with the smile on their face and they must not think of their debt when making arrangements..thank you..unhappy client
This bank is just *********** clients..they are debiting you on the wrong date u are getting charged extra.you are paying them cash or via FET u are getting charged extra.you are changing debit order date to avoid being inconvenienced still you are being charged extra hai shame MFC division of Nedbank is the worst.horrible company with *********** agents💔😡🤬
Discovery bank it's a ****mer..imagine investing and getting nothing in return...I've open an investment account with discovery and they gave me their bank card and I was not aware guess what on my investment account I was gain 50cent per month meanwhile they were gaining R15 per month on their bank card so basically they are making more money than the investing person so two weeks ago I called to cancel my bank account so today I decided to login into the app and my investment balance it's 000 like I don't have any available funds into my investment account wow word of advice runaway from discovery don't even look back if u were planning to open an investment rather go to African Bank cos discovery they really don't care about their customers and they are service is very poor with *********** consultants who will call u 5times a day without resolving your query...Sad unhappy 😞 😥 😞 discovery customer...
I'm having a problem with MFC division of Nedbank.im having a car finance with this Nedbank and I took the account 2019.I paid the deposit contract of R50000..the account didn't have a balloon price and it was a 90month contract today I'm calling nedbank n I'm telling them to fixed my outstanding balance and remove this balloon balance and I'm being told no the contract they have it says that and I'm telling the lady to send the contract and she says she sent it of which she didn't and I asked to speak to a manager since she's not willing to assist me n she thinks my call was a joke so to cut the story short please assist with removing this balloon price on my account and fix my term remaining
Its been almost a year fighting the losing battle with standardbank ***** department..last august i called and reported ***** that was done on my check account till today my query is not resolved..my account currently is sitting on -R75000 and this amount is increasing every month and i am calling standardbank every month and every month i am told that my ***** case is resolved but when i get my statement it still comes with the -R75000 balance please assist my cheque account is suppose to be sitting on R0 balance.I don’t have an overdraft facilities but my account is sitting on -R75000 till today im not getting any joy through standard bank till today i am still waiting for the ***** manager to resolve this query and get back to me as promised..Standardbank is full of ***** and I wouldn’t recommend my family nor friend or ppl i know to use it if they want to live for long cos immediately you take any product of standardbank..it will be their beginnings of developing wrinkles so if you still love your young self run away from ***** bank called standardbank for they do not care about their customers
I am really disappointed and angry right now with standardbank.someone tried using an amount of R260000 into my account and I called ***** department to report the Matter and the ***** was not opened then I called again on Saturday my account still my case was not opened today my account is sitting on -R2161974.47 I called several times for assistance today I called ***** to get the feedback and I’m being told my ***** was never opened on the 14th of July 2023 I am so ****ed right and the borrowing part they are busy reminding me to go get the new card from the bank meanwhile they can’t resolve this matter all they think about is themselves with giving me this unsecured unsafe card card all I need right is to see this card being closed and I need a call back so they can tell me the amount that was available into my account were are they going to deposit it to me..so when you see standardbank run for your life before you find yourself sitting with -R3million into ur account and never been taken seriously nor ur matter being treated an emergency..I want this query to be resolved by end of business day today
Word of advice before purchasing anything online with budget 1st check their reviews and never ever take an extended warranty with budget because they sell you the policy for innovation then when you are having a problem they don’t take responsibility instead they will refer you to innovation group to cut my story shot the sales consultant from budget to me that my car is covered for everything that get damaged on my car including the clutch today I am claiming my claim got rejected and I’m told it doesn’t not cover warn out damages and I need to pay the mechanic in order to see the fault in my car and when you claim their consultant with send you from pillar to post no one wants to take responsibility including the manager..so when you get a call for warranty plan run n reject the offer with a capital letter ‘R’..they are not reliable all they are doing is reaping people off.selling **** goods benefits but come claiming day you’ll cry
Best restaurant ever..they sell fresh food..they always give excellent service and they are always welcome..they just know how to feed my hungry soul.
Their service plan is the best..I took my car yesterday for the service and the paid the full amount without any hustle and struggle..I would recommend everyone to have their service plan..it’s expensive but it’s worth it..I’m not regretting having it..I’m so so happy with the innovation service plan department..
Poor bad disaster service I sent my complain two weeks back and I was told that the manager is resolving my complain till today I am still waiting for the resolution of my complain like budget really don’t care about their clients at all..all they are quick in is debit and debit..skip their installment they are quick to call you for another debit order but when you are having problems with them they don’t communicate at all you need to call them all the time for a feedback all they do is to transfer you from one department to another up until u get disconnected.I really really regret the day I decided to join budget insurance company..
