After much research on the internet, I found a viscopedic bed offered by Cielo that met what I was looking for. Took a drive to Cielo showroom in Balito, the staff seemed uninterested in making a sale, I had to request a staff member to provide me with information on the bed and to show me the correct one. After this despite my reservations on the 27 November 2020, I made payment and purchased the bed online. This product was not a black Friday special and had nothing to do with black Friday. On the Cielo website it stated please allow for 7-14 days for delivery due too black Friday period. I though this was acceptable. After making payment I follwed up on Monday and this is where things went downhill. From the 30th November 2020 I have been going back and forth with a Cielo customer sale liason individual. as they said they do not have stock of the item. There is no one too call as the organisation state they are working off site due to Covid so all interactions are via email. Today is the 14th December still no bed. This is now the fourth week. I had to literally beg the liaison person to follow up, who then seems to have no idea or contact with their purchasing department. Now I am told that there will still be a delay once they receive stock of the bed, but that they have marked my order as urgent. This organisation really does not seem too care about its customers. The customer liason officer really tried her best but Cielo service is really disappointing, the staff seem to be working in silos. And this will be my last purchase from them. I recommend that if you looking for furniture or bedroom stuff rather go to an organisation that actually has staff and stock.
Rjs steakhouse florida road durban. Went to Rjs on the 13 December 2019, for company year end function, there was 15 of us in total. Complete disaster. The order was sent on tuesday the 10th December, food arrived in dribs and drabs . PEOPLES ORDERS WERE INCOMPLETE, ONE COLLEAGUE WAITED 2HOURS FOR HER FOOD., poor service drinks arrived 1 hour after the food. Furthermore food especially the meat items were undercooked. They knew they were going to be busy yet were chronically understaffed. Pathetic service, will never come here again. Manager never bothered to apologise. Really sad as this used to be my favourite restaurant.
I would like to thank Thabani for excellent service on my policy review. He was professional, helpful and went the extra mile.
