I was de*****ed approximately R117, 000.00 by Rudzani Tshikosi acting as Director of Trudzanie (Pty) Ltd, Company Registration Number: 2015/210223/07, VAT: 4120282472. The case was reported to SAPS with case number: 118/2/2020 Allegation relate to Deno November and DNC Investigations The investigative Officer assigned to the SAPS Case 118/2/2020 when the case was reported is constable Luzanne Nel. The investigations dragged for months without progressing to a point where more evidence was compiled. The evidence in my docket was compiled by me. Since there was no further evidence compiled by SAPS and constable Nel was aware that I am now unhappy. She then mentioned the following: She, as the Investigation Officer assigned to my case, has many other cases assigned under her name. She then referred me to an individual, and specified the reasons why she is referring me to the said Private Investigator To speed up the investigation process. The Investigating Officer Nel indicated that Deno November is the Private Investigator I must be in contact with. Constable Nel gave me Deno November's contact details. Constable Nel mentioned that Deno November has dealt with a similar ***** case successfully. Constable Nel did not disclose the nature of the relationship she had with Deno November at the time. I initiated the call with Deno November on cell number 063-509-3569, on the 24th of April 2020. He then sent the DNC Service Agreement. I processed the payment worth R5 000.00 to the DNC Investigations Business Account (refer to the payment confirmation). There were delays and no further evidence was produced by Deno November to have Rudzani Tshikosi convicted. The SAPS process was followed using the evidence in my docket which I compiled. The case dragged with no additional investigations or evidence produce by Deno November. I then escalated and reported a formal complaint with the Cluster Commander, Provincial and National SAPS Office. The case was now getting some officers nervous. One officer made contact with me confirming that Lazanne Nel and Deno November are engaged (conflict of interest). The officer then stated that he is aware of other cases that were refereed to Deno November (Deno November was the IO's fiance). *******ion at its best!
Uber Eats seems to be a reputable company with a cheaper service than Mr. Delivery. In actual fact, Uber Eats is a ****. On Saturday, 13 April 2024, I ordered food from Chicken Licken through Uber Eats. Food never arrived. When I checked what was wrong with my order since it took so long, I see a picture of my food uploaded on their app. The place is dark, not sure what to make of that picture. I was later informed that I was refunded. I placed an order again today, Thursday, 18 April 2024. My food never arrived. Security informed my us that the driver gained accessed to the complex, he walked out with the food. When I checked the Uber app to trace my order, the driver uploaded a picture of my order. He is outside the complex, far from the entrance, my order is at the back of his scooter. Uber Eats says they checked my account. According to their policy, I am not getting a refund. They are now working along with the driver to commit ***** at its best! Uber Eats, you have the wrong girl, refund me. I am sure I will publish this to ALL social media platforms. You can never **** me and then get away with it. Based on your reviews, you ****med thousands of people thus far. what do with our orders? Do you take them back to restaurants so they can resell them? I need answers. This is a ****!!!!
Rudzani Emmanuel Tshikosi is a scammer. He even bribes officials after committing fraud. He scammed me +R117, 000.00. He committed this fraud with his wife, a ghost employee Bonang Masuale, Sfiso Mbonani and Keleabetswe Gadise. I have opened a case with SAPS. He is now out on bail! After making above payments on Friday 13.12.2019 morning, a WhatsApp Group was created by Rudzani Tshikosi. Rudzani Tshikosi indicated that he had another meeting, he left the office and went to brief his assistant Keleabetswe Gadise privately. A contract was never shared with us. Car registration documents were shared via a WhatsApp group, but those documents had missing information at the bottom (copies are available). The truck was supposed to be delivered at Carletonville @ 13:00 or 14:00 the latest, the truck was never delivered. The case is ongoing. All attempts to bribe the prosecutor and the investigating officer will not succeed. He must keep wasting his money. Please note that this is a formal escalation regarding the refund request claim for the vehicle that was purchased on 25 January 2019, with plate number FL21KXGP 2016 Model Honda Ballade 1.5 elegance GOLD. The vehicle was defective at the time of purchase, it was since returned to the dealership; we have the choice of (i) repair, (ii) replace or (iii) refund at the dealers/ sellers expense. As a result of the defective state of the car and appalling service encountered in your dealership, the car was returned back to the dealership (on 15 January 2019) with the expectation that a full refund is due to us at the dealers expense. We therefore dealt with different representatives after the car was returned, still encountering the same appalling service. The dealer principal (Wandile) even ignored our calls and text messages claiming that he has interviews. If he has interviews, why was he able to respond to my whatsapp message and not responding to sms messages? Is it because I was aware he read my messages because of the blue ticks? Not so clever move because he blocked my number on WhatsApp after reading my message and responded by providing me with his email. I asked for his boss's email, there is no reply on my request. All representatives (Jackson, JP and the dealer principal Wandile) that we dealt with do not perform to meet basic standards relating to customer service and experience. Follow up phone calls/ messages have been initiated on our side with no satisfactory feedback advising on the next steps and time associated to all tasks/ activities involved to complete the refund request claim process. Due to events indicated above, we have no confidence that this matter is taken seriously and would like to get this resolved as soon as possible (by 01 March 2019). If it is in your capacity to intervene and assist, requesting that you do so as this matter requires your urgent attention. We would like to present refund request claim options regarding this matter as we need maximum refund on damages: Option 1. Current Refund Request Claim 1. 100% refund of the purchase price for the vehicle. If a full refund request is declined, notice that further actions will be taken against the dealership; Option 2. Future Request Claim 1. 100% refund of the purchase price for the vehicle. 2. Attorney fees (should we decide to act against the dealership). 3. Other damages that we are entitled to relating to the claim. I do not wish to deal with the dealer principal in my case, Wandile. Someone higher than a dealer principal will be suitable in my case as we were disappointed dismally by your so called "principal.
