NEVER USE IMPERIAL MED
I'm on Imperial med with GAP Cover my policy number 914628701 my son was in hospital for 2 days 1 night the medical aid didn't pay everything the GAP Cover didn't cover so I don't understand why and I paying for a service that I can't use so the GAP Cover they say it covers all costs in hospital now i sent them the Invoice they have issues I had to pay the pediatrician twice cash and they don't want to refund me this is the worst medical aid cause they honestly don't care with their horrible service people honestly

Momentum Bad service - DONT USE THEM
My parents got medical aid through Momentum bloom but since today no one has assisted them my mom still waiting for her medication and my father waiting for an authorization number yet every month they paying for the last 3 months but no one is helping them - I will hold Momemtum and staff accountable for their deaths

Home 2 storage - bad service - dont use them
I cancelled my contract with home 2 storage in December they then billed me for January and said they never received my letter I then paid for January and cancelled again they then advised that I will receive my refund the end of January latest 10th February I still have not received anything I email I phone no one even replies to my emails. I would just like to advise other people looking for storage units to never use them cause there service is really terrible for 8 years I paid them on time every month now they just ignoring my emails

Makro Online horrible service - Never buy from them
On the 21st on Jan I placed an order with Makro Online MAK ********** , they advised 5-7 working days delivery till today I have not received the goods or a refund for my money no one at Makro has contacted me to advise me on anything every week I must call and ask what's going on they keep saying they will call no one calls. Today Busi Radebe made promises to call and refund my money. I want the book or my money today no later
