VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE
Very disappointing service and no transparency: I had an extremely disappointing experience with VTC Attorneys (Mitchells Plain branch). I don't even know what stage am I in the transfer process, because every update im getting changes in the middle. There is a lack of transparency, poor communication, and no meaningful follow-through on key issues. Critical information was not disclosed timeously, including the owner of the house only told that it's an Estate purchase after 6 months and now is the 7 month still no exact date of the finalisation/transfer. The attorney working on it decided not to answer my emails and always not available when i call the office. Even the Agent was not honest and feel like not treated fairly. I even regret my decision whereas I should be very excited. I feel like cancelling everything though I have paid a portion to the bond attorneys and start afresh with other Agency and Firm.

Disgusting, Horrible Poor Service ever
Good day I'm a patient in Melomed Belleville. I would like to lodge a complaint about the service. It's very disgusting from the Dr to the sister. It seems like no communication or nobody cares because they seem to be all rounder worker, no one is assigned superficially to a certain room. I've been here since Wednesday night after seen sever swelling on my liver and pencrease, next day went for Ultrasound, Dr came after that and said he needs to read the findings of scan, he never came back that day and it was before noon. Next day I hade to call Dr's office to find out if when am I going to get results and know the next step, was told that he was busy on his room and will come see me. 2 minutes for him to tell what's up is enough and he left. I've been lost here and no update. He just came again asking if I went for MCP.... something scan I said no, and it was 11 o'clock already. Do you mean he did not left the message to the nurses to take me to the scan at what time today? This hospital is becoming like a horrible everytime I visit🤞 because it's not the first time for this to happen. When I asked the sister if when I'm going for this before Dr came, she said at 12pm now the Dr in with her she sound like she called whoever to fetch me. Lying on the bed for few days just to get tramadol is not good whereas I am paying for this service and I'm a paying a lot and I still have to pay shortfalls and still get such service🤮. Because even before you get a bed or the at trauma unit you must wait 4 hours and still be told there are no beds. This is so disgusting and lowering the level of private hospitals. They just making money from our medical aids by keeping us just t9 given drip and Panadol.
