Service not on Par, been waiting since November for WIFI.
Good Afternoon. I have been trying since November 2018 to get WIFI for my home. I placed the original order in the Brooklyn Branch I was told it will take 21 working days for me to be contacted and arrange an installation at my home. I left it until early January as it was the festive season and it is understandable for things to take a bit longer then normal. when I went in to the Mall of Africa Branch to follow up a consultant half asleep and finding it a very difficult task to assist me informed that my order was cancelled. How when it was already approved and Me ready to give Telkom my money I do not Know? I was then told that I need to re-apply with my ID and 3 months bank statements again after I had just done that and have been a client of Telkom for over 6 years never missing one payment to them. (because that is when they actually call you) I came back the next day and asked for a manger at the Mall Of Africa branch because all I really wanted is just to get wifi for my home. I explained My long story to Her and she was very helpful and assisted me. Again I was told 21 working days for me to be contacted. And here I am over a month later and no call. Please may I ask that someone from Telkom Sales contact me at ********** My order number is ********** 77A I would still actually like to give you my money monthly and purchase this product.
